My work is to understand those patterns.

For more than twenty years I’ve supported women and families through the shifting seasons of hormone change, fertility preparation, conception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transitions that shape a reproductive life. My approach is calm, diagnostic and deeply grounded in Chinese medicine.

I don’t rush.

I listen.

I map what’s happening beneath the surface so your symptoms make sense again. Whether they relate to your cycle, your fertility, your energy, or the way your hormones are responding to stress.

How I work

My clinical style is steady, structured, and centred on clarity. Each session is guided by Chinese medicine diagnostics and an understanding of how hormones, stress physiology, digestion, and the nervous system interact.

People often come to me when they feel:

My role is to bring coherence. To help you understand the “why” behind what you’re experiencing and to create a treatment plan that supports your body’s natural rhythms, reproductive health and long‑term hormonal stability.

I am the Founder and Senior Acupuncturist at Diamond Creek Natural Medicine Centre. My passion for Chinese medicine was shaped by its Buddhist philosophical roots, its deeply humanistic approach to healing, and its capacity to support women through every stage of hormonal and reproductive health, from first cycles to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.

I am a fully registered practitioner with AHPRA, a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), and registered with all private health funds.
